1. Scope of Services

Pro For Web provides digital engineering, website design, WordPress customization, full-stack application development, performance optimization, and AI workflow integration. All deliverables and milestones are mutually agreed upon in writing before project initiation.

2. Intellectual Property & Code Ownership

Upon final milestone payment, the client retains 100% intellectual property ownership of all custom-developed website source code, visual design assets, and database schemas created for the project.
